Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses when supported by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
However, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and receipt so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
